Payment conditions
- The reservation shall only become effective upon receipt of your booking
form duly completed, dated and signed, together with the deposit of 35
% of the total cost for the stay (in Mobil home) and 60 E for the camp
space.
- A second deposit of 35 % is due 30 days before the arrival date. The balance
is due on arrival day (for the camp space too) before keys are handed
over to you. All belated arrival or early departure will not be reimbursed.
- On your arrival, you are requested to leave a deposit of 230 E, witch will
be given back after inventory and cleanliness check-out has been carried
out. A fixed sum of 50 E may be retained in the event of rented accommodation
not being properly cleaned.
- Should you be leaving the campsite outside opening hours, the guarantee
will be returned to you by post.
Your arrival an departure.
- On arrival day, camp space is available from 1.00 p.m and must be occupied
before 6.00 p.m. Passed this deadline, unless previously agreed in
writing by management, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and to
retain any deposit received. Camp space must be vacated on the agreed
contractual departure date before 12.00 a.m.
- Witch ever type of rental we will be happy to welcome you from 4.00 p.m,
Your rental accommodation must be vacated before 10.00 a.m. on the
departure date.
Cancellation arrangements
- Any cancellation must be send to the campsite by recorded delivery.
- For camp space, no money will be refunded for cancellation or early departure.
- For rented accommodation, 50 %of the deposit will be retained (or due
by yourself) should the cancellation happen more than 30 days before the
arrival date.
- For cancellation happening less than 31 days from the arrival date, the
entire deposit will be retained.
Campsite rules and regulations
- Animals are accepted on the following conditions :
- they must not be alone in the accommodation, caravans, vehicles, tents
and rented space.
- they must be kept on a leash at all times
- they must be vaccinated (all certificates must be presented upon arrival)
- The visitors are allowed under the responsibility of their host once their
presence has been reported to the reception desk and once rental charges
(if any) have been settled.
- In all cases, visitors’ vehicles must park outside the campsite.
- The access to the swimming pool is forbidden to the visitors.
